  This restaurant is reopening with the same equipment in place and same menu as the previous owner. A new fryer was bought to
  replace the old fryer existing fryer. No additional equipment was added to the exiting facility.
   
   
  Except for listed items below, this facility meets the basic requirements for conducting business as a food service operation,
  and is hereby permitted to secure a Food Service Risk Class 3 License. Application issued at this time.
   
  These items to corrected within 30 day follow up inspection:
   
  1) All small holes in the kitchen area. Wash down ceiling in kitchen
  2) The paneling in the mop sink area coming loose.and coving along the juncture of wall and floor to be installed in the mop
  area. No spaces between the pieces of paneling.( tight fitting)This area to be refinished with painting.
  3) Lighting to be replaced 50 ft /can at grill area. Lighting to be 10 ft /can in food storage area. All lights to be
  shielded.
  4) Small vents to be degreased at sink area and prep area
